摘要:该研究采用多轮传代富集手段筛选青口贝中多重耐药共生菌,采用药敏纸片法分析耐药表型,利用二代测序技术进行基因组框架图测序并结合CARD数据库分析耐药基因,测定施加不同抗菌药物下菌株的生长动力曲线。结果发现,分离的Y8和Z2共生菌呈现出高度多重耐药性,分别对13种、11种抗菌药物耐药;菌株含β-内酰胺类、多肽类等耐药基因,与耐药表型基本一致;在多种药物联合施压下,生长动力受到轻微影响。为防止耐药基因的进一步传播,需加强水产品养殖中抗生素的使用管理。

Analysis of Antibiotic Susceptibility and Resistance Genes in Multidrug-Resistant Commensal Bacteria Isolated from Mussels

Abstract: This study employed multiple rounds of enrichment to screen for multidrug-resistant commensal bacteria in mussels. Antimicrobial resistance phenotypes were determined via the disk diffusion method, using second-generation sequencing technology for genome framework mapping sequencing and combining it with CARD database analysis of drug resistance genes. Growth kinetics curve was assessed by exposing the strains to various antimicrobial agents. The results showed that the isolated Y8 and Z2 symbiotic bacteria were highly multidrug-resistant, and they were resistant to 13 and 11 antimicrobial agents, respectively. These strains harbored resistance genes associated with β-lactams, and peptides, generally aligning with their resistance phenotypes. Furthermore, the growth kinetics of these strains displayed only limited susceptibility to the combined pressures of multiple drugs. In order to mitigate the further dissemination of resistance genes, it is necessary to enhance the management of antibiotic use in aquaculture.
